Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SimRanger, a Shopify app that runs autonomous AI shopper journeys against your storefront and independently verifies suspected technical issues through deterministic replay. By installing SimRanger, you agree to these terms.
The service
SimRanger sends AI shoppers through your live storefront to simulate customer journeys, surfaces the friction those shoppers run into, and independently checks suspected technical claims before calling them verified. Findings that reproduce are marked as verified defects; findings that don't reproduce are kept visible as friction, not deleted or reclassified as defects.
Plans and usage
SimRanger offers a one-time Free Scan and paid Starter, Growth, and Scale plans, each with a monthly allowance of AI shopper journeys as described on our pricing page. Plans do not include free trials or usage-based billing beyond the plan you choose.
What SimRanger does not do
SimRanger does not automatically modify your store's code or theme, does not place real orders with real payment methods, and does not run scheduled or continuous monitoring beyond the scans you initiate. Verified findings are evidence for you to act on — SimRanger does not apply fixes on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the storefront you connect to SimRanger and for reviewing verified findings before making changes to your store. You should not use SimRanger against a storefront you are not authorized to test.
Availability and changes
We may update these terms, our pricing, or the service itself from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
